Effective 29 July 2026 · Terms and Conditions
This policy explains what personal information Vertex Venture collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We handle personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) of the Philippines.
| Information | Why we hold it |
|---|---|
| Username | To identify your account and sign you in |
| Password (stored encrypted, never in readable form) | To secure your account |
| Mobile number | Account identification, support contact, and SMS notifications when a package is activated, a withdrawal is raised against your balance, or a payout is sent. The number and the message text are passed to our SMS provider to deliver them. |
| Profile picture (optional) | Shown to you in the app, and — together with your username — shown to anyone who opens the sign-up page using your referral code, so they can confirm who invited them. You may remove it at any time. |
| Saved payout account — destination bank or e-wallet, the account name, the account / mobile number, and any branch or IFSC code | Stored on your profile and reused to pay you automatically each time your balance qualifies. Bound once: after you save it, it is read-only to you and changed only through a verified support request. We also store a normalised form of the account number and compare it against the payout accounts saved by other members — both when you save it and periodically afterwards — so that one account is not used to collect payouts for several members. The comparison ignores spacing and punctuation, and treats a mobile number as the same whichever provider it is held at. Where a match is found, automatic payouts are paused on the accounts concerned and each member is told; the other member is never identified to you. |
| Crypto wallet address (optional) | To match your deposits and send crypto withdrawals |
| Transaction records — deposits, withdrawals, packages, yields, commissions | To operate your account and keep accurate financial records |
| Payout review notes — whether a payout was approved or declined, and any reason recorded, including where automatic payouts have been paused | To administer payouts, explain a decision to you, and prevent repeated errors or fraud |
| Notifications — the messages shown under the bell in the app, and whether and when you opened each one | To tell you about anything that moves your money — a deposit confirmed, yields credited, a withdrawal queued or sent, a payout that could not be completed, a payout account found to be registered to more than one member, and automatic payouts being paused or resumed. A message may quote the amount, the reference, the last four digits of the destination account, and the reason a bank or e-wallet gave for rejecting a transfer. The read/unread flag is what the bell counts; it is not used to profile you. These messages stay on your account so you have a record — they are visible to you and to administrators, and never to other members or to your upline. |
| Sponsor and referral relationships | To calculate commissions |
| IP address and sign-in times | Security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting |
We do not collect or store your card numbers, banking passwords, or one-time codes. Payments are entered on the payment provider's own systems, not on ours.
If you contact us through our support desk or Telegram group, those are operated on third-party services with their own privacy policies. Anything you send there — including screenshots — is handled by that provider as well as by us. Please do not post account numbers or passwords in a group chat.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains no personal information beyond an identifier for your session, and it expires when you sign out or the session ends. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax, audit and dispute purposes. Financial records generally must be retained for several years even after an account is closed.
No system is perfectly secure. Protecting your own password and device remains essential.
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:
